Congratulations to Family Connection of Columbia County and the Columbia County Board of Education for being awarded a 21st Century grant.  The grant will fund community learning centers that operate during out-of-school hours to provide opportunities for academic enrichment and tutorial services for Columbia County students. CES, Inc. has been awarded the evaluation contract for the grant. CES has served as the evaluator for Family Connection since 2005. CES, in partnership with the collaborative, will design the program logic model, evaluation plan, and data management systems in order to measure program objections.
