The Drug Free Coalition of Hall County was awarded a five year grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Hall County was one of three new Georgia coalitions to receive the grant. CES, Inc has been hired as the Evaluation Consultant to design evaluation strategies consistent with SAMSHAs Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).  CES, Inc will assist the coalition in measuring the development, progress and outcomes of the coalition's prevention efforts.  CES, Inc. will design an appropriate evaluation plan to guide decision-making and provide feedback to the coalition and key stakeholders.
