Columbia County Community Connections

CES and CCCC have worked together since 2004. Originally we provided technical assistance on a regional mental health grant. CCCC was new to evaluation and we helped develop their first logic model and evaluation plan. We have worked closely ever since. Drug Free Coalition of Hall County

The Drug Free Coalition (DFC) of Hall County was established in 2007 as a workgroup of the Hall County Family Connection Network. In 2008, the coalition received SAMHSA funding to address underage alcohol, marijuana, prescription drug, and tobacco use in the community. The DFC’s goal was to use data-driven prevention strategies to reduce substance abuse among Hall County youth and adults, while also building coalition capacity to ensure sustainability beyond grant funding. Community Issue Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) serves Georgians with hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, and other inherited bleeding disorders. The only agency of its kind in the state, HoG works to enhance clients’ care and quality of life while actively pursuing a cure through research funding.
